Most of them left their hometowns and traveled thousands of miles to Shanghai. Most of the time, I devote my energy to work.
In order to quickly deliver tens of thousands of tons of products to customer sites, they often produce overnight and work non-stop. In order to win an order, they had no time to rest and often walked in the scorching sun and in the wind and rain. In order to solve the technical difficulties of "stuck neck", they carefully researched and tested tens of thousands of times in the laboratory.
It is a major mission of Youxingsha to be responsible for customer quality assurance. To this end, they do not miss a batch of quality inspections and carefully check tens of thousands of orders. They work hard to plan the rhythm of production and move hundreds of tons of goods in an orderly manner every day, ensuring the first-in-first-out and safe delivery of warehouse products, so that every customer can use the freshest products. In order not to delay customers' production, but also to help customers save shipping costs and ensure that each batch of products is delivered quickly and directly, they repeatedly compete with multiple logistics companies at the same time, often spending the whole day , the voice is hoarse.

In 2021, Youxing Shark Industry 4.0 smart factory was successfully put into production, and tens of thousands of tons of products were delivered directly to customers. At the production site, the revenue of hundreds of millions of yuan has skyrocketed. We have returned home with 7 national and Shanghai-level honors, and many young talents born in the 1990s have joined the team.
